Warranties:
Barefoot® Saddles carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase on workmanship. Damage resulting from misuse or neglect of the product is not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic and appearance changes to the natural leather products are a fact of nature and are not covered under this warranty. No additional warranties apply, whether implied or other.
Limitation of Liability:
Equestrian activities can be dangerous. Saddles By Barefoot cannot be responsible for any injury or damages that occur while riding, or from the use of our products. In no event shall Saddles By Barefoot be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s) offered for sale on this site. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).
Saddles By Barefoot reserves the right to change the terms, prices, conditions and notices under which their products are offered.
