ORDERING & SHIPPING
The terms and conditions set out below apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them carefully as use of this website and all orders placed assume acceptance of them.

Please be advised that packaging and products must be immediately inspected upon arrival. Any damage to products due to shipping must be immediately reported to the shipping company and to Saddles By Barefoot.


Returns & Trial Policy:
  • If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly refund the purchase price of the items, provided that you have first notified us and they are returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We don't insist on wrapping leathers since we want you to get a real feel for riding in a Barefoot saddle. We understand that the saddle will have a few marks on the saddle flap but we feel that it is impossible to judge a saddle with a bunch of bulky matters under the leg.
  • No refunds will be made until we receive the item back in salable condition with all tags intact. Saddles By Barefoot may, on a case by case basis, accept returns on items that have been kept longer than 7 days. In these cases, Saddles By Barefoot reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price of the item.
  • A full item refund can only be given if the saddle and/or accessories are clean, hair-free, and show little evidence of use (we accept minor marks on the saddle flaps from the use of stirrup leathers). A 20% restocking and cleaning fee applies to saddles returned with any signs of dirt, hair, etc.
  • In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund our original shippings costs or the cost of return postage unless the products are faulty or we have made an error in what we've sent to you. Please return the items through a trackable, insured shipment method (we recommend UPS).
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-910-489-8031 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

Payments:
Sales tax will be added for residents of North Carolina.

Saddles By Barefoot accepts VISA/Mastercard, cash, money orders/cashiers checks or personal checks. If paying by check, shipment will be made after check has cleared the banks.

Shipping:
Saddles have a fixed charge of $35.00 within the continental US. Accessories ordered at the time you order your saddle will ship with the saddle at no extra cost.

Our products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground service (extra charges may apply for special deliveries).
